Greek Real Estate Assets seem to rapidly grow popular with all the major international investment houses worldwide.
JP Morgan proposes to its clients to invest in the Greek Real Estate at this given period. Indeed, the proposal seems to entail speculative characteristics since it considers that a Greek bankruptcy is extremely probable and chances of Greece being expelled from the Eurozone are estimated to be very high. Therefore, should a client buy in Greece with a mortgage from a Greek bank, it is quite possible that they buy in Euro and pay out in drachmas. Consequently, the buyer will have bought at a low price if compared to market prices of three years ago, while benefiting doubly should Greece devaluate its new currency.
In any case, JP Morgan underlines, even if the worst case scenario never occurs, the investment at the current levels of prices is considered to be attractive. So bank dealers are directing their clients towards this option, asserting that there could be double profit.
We are not yet in a position to know if any such transactions have already is taken part but it is very probable that they occur in the near future.

I should say that we have to wait the first 100 days of our new Government and see what is happening.
Get maps, and use them as posters. Decorate them with strikecs over the places you want to visit, or even just draw on them, like aeroplanes and trains and what not. You can find maps that are large and small, states, countries, whole continents, etc. Buy sewing pins, and a cork board, and make little flags. Put the maps on the cork board, then you can stick the pin flags into the places you want to visit.Get a cool hanging lamp- look at places such as yard sales, good will, salvation army, etc, then find fabric and recover it. Take tennis balls, and run them through fishing line with knots and space between each one, and hang them around the room. Get fabric cheap in the remenants section at different fabric places, and make pillows out of them. Get those old white pull down roller shades (the ones that go up when you pull down further one them), and put pictures on them for when they are down.Buy milk crates/storage crates, and a package of zip ties (you’ll find them in the hardware department), and stack them to make a book shelf. Zip tie them together at 4 corners on each one- instant book shelf as tall colorful as you want it to be.You can also take mini hooks and put them in the wall, and hang the crates from them.
