Tέχνη στην είσοδο της αθηναϊκής πολυκατοικίας

Περνάμε καθημερινά μπροστά τους, αλλά δεν τα βλέπουμε! Ίσως όχι άδικα. Άλλωστε, είναι τοποθετημένα στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο, δηλαδή στο μεταίχμιο μεταξύ ιδιωτικού και δημόσιου. Δεν βρίσκονται στις προσόψεις, για να τα θαυμάσουμε όλοι, ούτε όμως και στα διαμερίσματα, για να τα απολαμβάνουν μόνοι οι τυχεροί ιδιοκτήτες με τις παρέες τους. Θα μπορούσαμε να πούμε πως είναι διακριτικά παρόντα.

Ο αριθμός όσων έχουν δημιουργηθεί είναι απροσδιόριστος. Και, φυσικά, δεν τα συναντά κανείς μόνο στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και στα πέριξ του, εκεί όπου επιλέξαμε να κινηθούμε. Ούτε είναι γνωστό, πάντα, ποιοι τα δημιούργησαν. Projects Golden Rule

A great project is that one that is not made with compromises, nor with tactic outside the ‘comfort zone’. It will become big, not because of too much attention or technique but for one and only one reason. Because it pursues perfection and the further it goes, the hunt becomes uninterrupted, almost relentless. Great works do not obey rules but create them. Leaving their indelible imprint on time.

A great project just makes you calm.

Η Αρχιτεκτονική σύνθεση του Ιδεοψυχαναγκασμού ή η Ιδεοψυχαναγκαστική σύνθεση της Αρχιτεκτονικής;

Η πραγματικότητα είναι πολύ, πιο σύνθετη απ’ όσο νομίζουμε. Ο ιδεοψυχαναγκασμός και η αρχιτεκτονική, δύο λέξεις, δύο έννοιες εκ διαμέτρου αντίθετες, αποκλείεται να έχουν κάποιο κοινό τόπο, έστω ένα σημείο σύγκλισης. Σήμερα, θα καταρρίψω αυτή την τόσο λανθασμένη σκέψη, καθώς αυτά που ενώνουν την αρχιτεκτονική και τον ψυχαναγκασμό είναι πολλά περισσότερα από αυτά που τα χωρίζουν.

Η Αρχιτεκτονική λογίζεται ως Επιστήμη αλλά και ως Τέχνη. Ως επιστήμη επιδιώκει την εφαρμογή και πιστή εκτέλεση των μελετηθέντων σχεδίων με τη βοήθεια των κατάλληλων υλικών. Αποστολή της (ως επιστήμη) είναι η διαμόρφωση του φυσικού χώρου ως ένα καταφύγιο που εμπεριέχει τα στοιχεία της προφύλαξης, της οικειότητας, της απομόνωσης από τους φρενήρεις ρυθμούς της καθημερινότητας. Ανησυχία ξενοδόχων: Πτώση πληρότητας και τιμών τον Ιανουάριο στην Αθήνα

Με μια αξιοσημείωτη πτώση της τάξης του – 8,7% στην Πληρότητα, του – 10,1% στο Έσοδο ανά Διαθέσιμο Δωμάτιο (RevPar) και του -1,8% στη Μέση Τιμή Δωματίου ξεκίνησε το 2019 για τα αθηναϊκά ξενοδοχεία (Ιανουάριος 2019, έναντι Ιανουαρίου 2018).

Investing in Greek Tourism

Even as Greece’s summer tourist crowds thin, tourism investors are flocking to Athens to discuss opportunities in the country’s hotels, resorts and marinas.

Greek think tank IOBE sees economic growth accelerating to 2.1% this year from an estimated 1.3% rate in 2017. The estimate is broadly in line with the official Greek government and Europe- an Commission forecasts, both of which see GDP growing at a 2.5% rate this year.
