Greek property prices showed surprising resilience in 2020, rising 4.2% from a year earlier, according to the latest data by the Bank of Greece.
But the coronavirus pandemic has weighed on real estate transactions overall with last year’s price increase below the 7.2% rate recorded in 2019.
